Whether you're curious about retirement living or ready to make the move, we warmly invite you to come and explore our retirement community. Located just one street from the stunning North Kirra Beach, The Pavilion offers a vibrant and welcoming environment for all with a location second to none. 

Our community comprises two buildings with a total of 133 independent living units, with only 15 units remaining for sale. Once our units are sold out, the opportunity to view them will no longer be available. Whether you’re a few years away from retirement or still unsure if it's the right choice for you, we encourage you to meet with Amanda, learn the basics of how retirement living works, and get a glimpse inside one of our units.

Here’s what you will enjoy on the day:

• Guided tours of our available apartments, including a 3-bedroom unit

• A first-hand look at our exceptional onsite facilities and communal areas

• Complimentary coffee and drinks at Halycon Cafe, located onsite

• Information to take away on how retirement living works

• Talk to experts in retirement living - professional downsizers, interior design and stylist, retirement solicitor and financial advisors. They are excited to chat and answer any questions you may have

• Visitor parking is located via the entrance on Golden Four Drive. There will be a staff member there to let you inside. There is street parking available around the community as well.
